Our role

On Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers that provide the services in your itinerary. Each supplier delivers its services under its own terms and conditions, which we will share with you before you confirm.

Quotes and prices

Quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the corresponding deposit or payment is received. Prices may change due to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier updates before confirmation. Seasonal promotions are valid only through their published expiration date.

Payments

Payment methods, deposit amounts, and payment schedules are confirmed for each trip before booking. A reservation is confirmed only once the agreed deposit has been received and the supplier has issued confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by the policies of each supplier, which may include non-refundable amounts and penalties. We will always inform you of the applicable conditions before you confirm, and we will manage any change or cancellation request with the supplier on your behalf.

Travel documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other documentation required by the destination. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance; we can quote it as part of your trip.

Responsibility

On Travel Agency is not liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, weather events, or other circumstances attributable to suppliers or force majeure. In such cases we will assist you in managing solutions with the corresponding supplier.
